All Desert Mule Deer hunts are 6 full days, professionally 1x1 guided, and each client has their own truck, driver, and guide for a VIP experience. Success and opportunity rates for 180+ bucks have been around 90%. Tags are limited to less than 20 annually, with over 50,000 low-fence/no-fence strategic acres to hunt. Only 2 hunters are in camp each week, and bucks over 200 inches are taken annually.
Comfortable, private hacienda lodges, with freshly made traditional Mexican cuisine that offers a true experience. Peak rut dates span January to early February. Hunt a series of picturesque Sonoran flats and wash systems along the hills and small mountains, all on private land. Two lodges in opposing corners of the outfitting area spread out the effort and access all the trophy Mule Deer hunting grounds. High-rack, spot & stalk, as well as baited blinds are all options while Desert Mule Deer hunting in Sonora, Mexico.
Coues deer can be taken as targets of opportunity on a flat-rate trophy fee, or targeted specifically once successful with Mule Deer. While not easy, the higher elevations do produce excellent Coues Deer bucks, usually scoring over 100 inches. Also available are Javelina, Management Mule Deer (usually a mature 3x3 scorning under 160 inches), and any free-bonus Bobcats or Coyotes encountered. Guides carry top-quality spotting scopes and rangefinders, so while clients are encouraged to bring personal optics, it’s not necessary for successful Desert Mule Deer hunting in Sonora, Mexico.
These six-full-day hunts are all-inclusive and depart from Hermosillo, Mexico, in the care of a reputable Sonoran Desert Mule Deer outfitter experiencing consistent success on big, wild bucks. All permits, licensing, and tags are already included! Make no mistake—this is a high-end, specialty free-range, trophy Desert Mulie hunt.
