Truly the legendary Carpathian Mountains of Transylvania are a destination to experience around Halloween. In fact, this is Europe’s largest unfragmented and most remote wilderness area. Couple that with excellent odds at medal class Chamois, which are in fact the biggest of all chamois varieties. This all-inclusive and hassle-free package has the makings of an unforgettable trip.
Bristling with perks, enjoy catered airport to airport service, with lovely alpine chalet accommodations and home cooked meals in close proximity to beautiful and top-producing Carpathian Chamois hunting ground in Transylvania province. Hunt 1x1 for 4 full days with a professional local stalker for mature trophy class chamois on a special flat-rate with NO size restriction. Also included are all permits, licensing, ground transportation and rifle rentals. Not to mention opportunities at various other species while in Romania during prime fall hunting months.
Red Stag, Wild Boar and Roe deer can all be combined with Chamois on location. To experience the fabled Oct Fallow rut, a relocation is included. Excellent wild pheasant hunting is also possible. With the priority being Chamois however, these mountains can present some moderately challenging terrain, with any experience and a degree of physical fitness an asset.
Local sightseeing and tourism opportunities adds something truly special to this trip. Folklore in the region runs rich, with many medieval mountain villages and castles to explore. In particular is “Castle Dracula”, which can be paired with a Halloween mascaraed ball for an unforgetting experience! Bring a non-hunting companion and discover Transylvania in the fall!
"I managed to get a gold medal Chamois in some very beautiful mountainous terrain. The guides were great and definitely knew how to target these animals, and the rifles provided were of high quality. For a true mountain hunt, there is probably not anything much better in all of Europe."

"The Carpathian Mountains of Romania are a special place. Taking an animal is only part of the hunt for me. It’s the destination, people and experience that made the memories special. If you want all those things, with attention to detail and an amazing trophy, I recommend TAIGA and his Outfitter."

"Once again, I found myself in Romania on another excellent and wonderfully organized hunting expedition. This time the focus was Carpathian Chamois. Very happy with my results, I am bringing home a magnificent trophy, thanks in large part to Adrians efforts and European hunt destinations."
