Prominent member of the North American 29 line-up, here is a great opportunity to connect with a much sought-after trophy Shiras moose, and in a beautiful setting. Under the scrutinous eye of an experienced outfitter, these hunts come standard at 7 full days and are professionally 1x1 guided for maximum results on 40+ inch bulls, and best overall hunter experiences.

Choose a hunt in either early October during the peak rut, or in mid-late November during the late season. Both options offer excellent opportunity rates but vary slightly from each other with respect to hunting strategies and locations. In addition to Shiras Moose, species like Mule Deer, Whitetail, Wolf or Lynx and Bobcat with hounds can all be added as targets of opportunity for a trophy fee due upon success, provided hunters pre-purchase the tags. Special 10-day Shiras Moose and Mountain lion combo hunts are also available. Rifle and archery hunters are both welcome, as are non-hunting observers.

With beautiful Kelowna or Penticton BC as the destination cities, there is lots to see and do before or after the hunt if desired. Dubbed “Napa Valley North” the Okanagan Valley is home to many wine vineyards and orchards. These cities have a thriving dining, restaurant and food scene, in addition to great nightlife, entertainment and eco-tourism – all within close proximity to excellent hunting!
